Brand Health Assessment: the basic minimum and the luxury maximum

It happens:

• you keep investing in brand growth, activities are running, but when it’s time to answer honestly what worked and why, there’s no clear explanation. Performance is usually measured well, but the impact of brand work stays in a grey zone. At best it feels like “it got a bit better”; at worst it turns into an opinion battle;

• the brand seems “known”: people recognize it, they’ve heard of it, but at the moment of choice it doesn’t make it into the consideration set. People pass it by, choose something else, never reach purchase;

• inside the team, fatigue builds up around the endless question “what do we fix”: product, communications, loyalty, channels, service. Everyone has arguments, but there’s no shared picture—so the discussion drags on and drains energy.

The problem is often the same: the brand has no “dashboard”—a system that shows what is really happening to it in the audience’s mind and behavior.

Brand Health Tracking is a way to see that picture regularly and make brand decisions based on measurable indicators: where the brand is losing its audience, where it’s gaining strength, and what exactly to do next.

In the webinar “Brand Health Tracking: the basic minimum and the luxury maximum”, we’ll cover:

The basic minimum (so you can start managing right away):

• how to set up a minimal brand health measurement system without unnecessary complexity—but strong enough to give you real traction (the funnel as the core diagnostic);

• how to read the results: what a drop at each stage means and which management hypotheses logically follow.

The luxury maximum (when you want precision and depth):

• which modules you add to BHT to move from spotting a problem to making well-grounded decisions on how to address it;

• how to work with attributes so the decision about what exactly to improve is as transparent and clear as possible;

• how to move into more advanced tools: mapping, correlation models, and other brand strength metrics.
